At least 12 people have been killed in a mass shooting at an informal settlement in Cleveland, near Johannesburg, South Africa. Police say nine others were injured in the attack late Tuesday, and a manhunt is under way for the suspects. According to police, more than 10 suspects arrived in a white Toyota Quantum and opened fire at multiple locations before fleeing.
